Only edit videos you have the right to edit

ClearMark AI should only be used to remove watermarks, logos, or overlays from videos that you own outright or that you have explicit, written permission to edit. Watermarks frequently exist to protect someone else's copyright or to identify the source of licensed stock footage. Using this tool to strip a watermark from footage you do not own or do not have permission to modify, in order to reuse, redistribute, or resell that footage, is very likely copyright infringement in most jurisdictions, and TryImager does not condone that use of the tool.

Rules around fair use, licensing, and permitted editing vary by jurisdiction and by the specific facts of your situation. Results vary

ClearMark AI uses an AI inpainting model to reconstruct the area covered by a watermark. The quality of that reconstruction depends on factors outside our control: the complexity of the background behind the watermark, the size and shape of your selection, the video's resolution and compression, and the capabilities of your device's browser and hardware. We do not guarantee that the reconstructed area will be visually seamless, free of artifacts, or indistinguishable from the original, undamaged footage in every case.

No liability for misuse

TryImager provides ClearMark AI as a general-purpose editing tool and has no visibility into, and no ability to review, the content you process, since all processing happens locally on your device. We accept no responsibility or liability for how you use the tool, including any use that infringes a third party's rights, violates a platform's terms of service, or otherwise causes harm. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of ClearMark AI complies with applicable law and with any rights held by others in the footage you edit.
