Privacy Policy

ClearMark AI ("we", "us") is a tool by TryImager. This policy explains, in plain language, what happens to your data when you use it at clearmark.tryimager.com.

Your videos never leave your device

ClearMark AI processes video entirely inside your browser. When you choose a video, it is read locally using a browser object URL. The individual frames extracted for preview, the selection box you draw around a watermark, and the AI-reconstructed frames are all created and held in your browser's memory, then encoded into the final file on your device. None of this — the video file itself, any extracted frame, or your selection coordinates — is ever uploaded to us or to any third party. We have no server-side storage of your video content because our processing pipeline never routes video data to a server in the first place.

No accounts, no video data in analytics

ClearMark AI does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information to use the tool. We may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic (for example, how many people visit the page or which browser they use), but this analytics data never includes your video content, filenames, selection coordinates, or the results you produce. We do not know what is in the videos you process, and we have no way of finding out.

What is stored in your browser

To avoid re-downloading it every time, your browser caches the AI inpainting model file (approximately 28 MB) locally after your first use. This cached file is the neural network itself, not any of your data, and it is stored using your browser's normal cache or storage mechanisms, subject to your browser's own cache limits and clearing behavior. Clearing your browser cache removes it, and it will simply download again next time.

Advertising and cookies

We may show third-party advertising on this site, including through Google AdSense, now or in the future. Google and its advertising partners may set cookies or use similar technologies in your browser to serve ads and measure their performance, and this may include use of the DoubleClick DART cookie or comparable technology. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your browser's cookie settings or through Google's Ads Settings. Any such advertising cookies relate to ad delivery and measurement only; they do not have access to your video files, which, as explained above, never leave your device.

Third-party links

This site links to other TryImager tools and to our parent site, tryimager.com. Those sites may have their own privacy practices, and this policy only covers clearmark.tryimager.com.

Your rights

Because we do not collect, store, or process your video content or require an account, there is generally no personal video data of yours held by us to access, correct, or delete. If you believe we hold any personal information about you (for example, through a contact form message you sent us), you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of that information at any time by emailing us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we will honor valid requests to the extent they apply to any data we actually hold.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in the tool or in applicable law. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
